He lost hope because he started my cleaning company to have MORE time with his family. This was no different than leaving his promising career as a leader at General Electric years prior.

Ken needed a major change!

His solution was contrary to the typical model. Instead of scaling, Ken optimized his solo cleaning company to a 2-day per week schedule without employees, while maintaining a $60,000 income for his family.
